This meditation is taken from the book An Ocean of Light by Father Martin Laird. A bee in a phone booth with you evokes a certain set of feelings and reactions. The same bee in a field of wildflowers with you affects you in a completely different way.  Listen with a relaxed posture and open hands, asking the Holy Spirit to show you what he wants you to notice. Pay attention to what changes for you when the distractions you encounter are given the company of God.   Pause the recording as you need to so that you have as much time as you'd like. As recorded it takes about 10 minutes.
